About the workshop:
Thinking about how to evaluate the quality of your business, but not sure which metrics to choose? Your business seems successful, but some indicators are not so good?
After MBAonica Controlling and Storytelling you will be able to interpret your business and financial statements independently. You will understand financial indicators and know how to link them into models. You will be able to successfully identify the most common errors in interpretation as well as the hidden values of a business.

Andreja Švigir holds PhD at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb with the topic “The role of integrated, financial and non-financial reporting in business decision making” Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb with the topic “The role and importance of accounting policies in business decision making”
